Analysis of a novel Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition (PECVD) process for anti-corrosion Diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings on the interior surface of pipes

1. Plasma analysis using Langmuir Probe, Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) and
Differential Voltage Probe

2. Analysis of film properties like thickness, hardness, film stress, film structure
and electrochemical corrosion behaviour
